The information below relates to Royal Mail delivery times during normal levels of service. Due to the Covid situation and all that it entails, on some occasions Royal Mail may take a few days longer than usual to deliver your order. I would urge you to please be patient in these times.
As soon as I receive payment confirmation for your order, I will endeavour to dispatch all items the next working day (working days are Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays). Packages are generally dispatched no later than 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature there is an extra cost for this service. Please contact me about this.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. I will advise you to group your items in one order. I cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class, which is generally delivered within 3 days but can take up to 5 working days.
Upgraded delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class, which is generally delivered the next day but can take up to 3 working days.
Please note that:
For your peace of mind, I may dispatch higher value orders with a service that requires a signature on delivery, or I may split an order into multiple parcels due to the weight.
If items are ‘out of stock’ and you wish to add these to your order I will post your order in full but this will be cause a small delay. I thank you for your patience.
