RETURNS POLICY
I accept returns within the first 14 days after purchase providing they are unused and in the packaging / original condition. Please let me know in advance if you wish to return any goods. If you item is faulty this will be covered under manufacturer’s guarantee.
Sadly I cannot accept returns where you have purchased a specific cut / specific requirements. (This generally relates to fabric or wadding cuts as requested by you).
I will always do my best to resolve your issue to the best of my ability. Communication is key! Please let me know of your problem and I will do my best to rectify it.
