ORDER AMENDMENTS / ERRORS
If you make a mistake or need to amend your order. Please do not hesitate to contact me. I will need your personal details and order number in order to help you speedily. If your order has already been despatched please follow my returns process.
GUARANTEES
My products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For my handmade products I’m afraid there is no warranty. What you see is what you get! I do my best to photograph all my wares before you buy.
ERRORS OR OMMISSIONS
I do my best to pack and post your items as ordered. If I have a senior moment or a dizzy spell and an item is not posted in your order as requested. I will of course resolve this matter without delay or cost to you but I hope this does not happen as I do take care to provide the best service I can.
WORKSHOPS
All workshops must be paid for in advance.
You can request a refund up to 4 weeks of the workshop date.
If you cancel your workshop booking within 2 weeks prior to the workshop date, the workshop cost is non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking if *available.
*Some workshops may not be available if visiting tutors are hosting the workshop. In these cases your booking fee would be non-refundable.
Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for the weather conditions. I will always do my best to ensure the workshops run. If I cancel the workshop I will offer a full refund. If you are unable to attend on the day due to weather sadly your booking cost would be non-refundable.
